The Experience
Nutrient Miles uses movement as a classroom for life skills. Through an 8-week, founder-led pilot program, young men engage in running, reflection, and guided discussion to build discernment, self-trust, and intentional decision-making.
This is not a fitness program.
This is a life skills program delivered through movement.
