Helping young men learn to recognize what nourishes them, reject what harms them, and move through life at a sustainable pace. Nutrient Miles uses movement, reflection, and mentorship to help young men develop discernment, resilience, and self-awareness.

We use running/walking, and physical activity to help participants build discipline, resilience, and awareness. It creates space to notice thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Learning happens when experiences are examined.
Young men explore themes like pace, recovery, identity, environment, and discernment through guided reflection.

Insights become habits through action.
Young men leave each session with practical ways to apply what they've learned in school, relationships, and everyday life.
